Kelly is CEO of OLI Communications. In this role, Kelly oversees all aspects of communications offerings to the firm's customers, business development, and strategic relationships.

In her former role as Vice President of Growth for Lunasonde, Kelly rebranded and repositioned the organization, helped with the funding strategy, and developed and grew the firm's Advisory Board.
​
As Chief Growth Officer for Altek, Kelly oversaw all aspects of the company's growth initiatives, resulting in a significant increase in customer acquisition engagement. She also helped the company diversify its industry focus, as well as rebranded the organization.
Kelly is past President and CEO of the Aerospace Futures Alliance and the Washington State Space Coalition.
